Who am I is not the question, what I am is a man in a mask.

Behind this mask there is more than just flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea... and ideas are bulletproof.

There was once a time not too long ago when perfume and fragrance filled our homes, our streets and bazars. No matter who you were, how much money you had, or what family you belonged to. Perfume was something affordable and enjoyed by all walks of life.

There are of course those who do not want us to speak. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this situation, isn’t there?

Where once you had the freedom to adorn any beautiful fragrance you desired, you now either need to submit to the high prices of the perfume industry or go without perfume all together. How did this happen? Who’s to blame? Well certainly there are those who are more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you’re looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn’t be?  They corrupted your reason and robbed you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you, and in your panic you turned to spending hundreds if not thousands to those who promised you an unforgettable and long lasting fragrance with a big brand name and all they demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent. Let us end this silence and remind this world of what it has forgotten. Perfume is for everyone, every creed, every colour, every class. Their perfume is no more special than any one else. 

So if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek, then I ask you to stand beside me.
